سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق TAY HRM
1. من نحن
تطبيق TAY HRM هو تطبيق الموارد البشرية الداخلي لموظفي ومتدربي صيدليات TAY، وتديره شركة Tay Group (“نحن”). التطبيق مخصص لمن لديهم حساب أنشأته إدارة الموارد البشرية فقط، ولا يمكن إنشاء حساب من داخل التطبيق.
2. البيانات التي نعالجها
- بيانات الحساب والتوظيف: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، الرقم الوظيفي (SoftTech)، الرقم القومي، الوظيفة، الفرع أو الإدارة، المدير المباشر، وتاريخ التعيين.
- جهة الاتصال في الطوارئ إذا أضفتها.
- صورة الملف الشخصي إذا اخترت رفعها من معرض الصور.
- سجلات العمل: طلبات الإجازات وأرصدتها، مسيرات الرواتب وبنودها، الجزاءات والمكافآت، التنقلات، الشكاوى والمقترحات التي ترسلها، والطلبيات التي تتعامل معها.
- بيانات الجهاز والتطبيق: رمز الإشعارات (Push token)، نوع النظام (Android أو iOS)، اسم طراز الجهاز، إصدار التطبيق، وآخر وقت استخدمت فيه التطبيق.
- سجلات الخادم: مثل عنوان IP ووقت الطلب، لأغراض الأمان وحل المشكلات.
3. ما لا نجمعه
- لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي ولا جهات الاتصال ولا الصور غير التي تختارها بنفسك.
- لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبع أو تحليلات تسويقية، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة.
- البصمة وبصمة الوجه: يتم التحقق منها بالكامل على جهازك بواسطة نظام التشغيل، ولا تصلنا أي بيانات بيومترية.
4. لماذا نستخدم بياناتك
لإدارة علاقة العمل: الإجازات والرواتب والجزاءات والمكافآت والتنقلات، وإرسال الإشعارات والإعلانات إليك، وتأمين حسابك، والتأكد من أنك تستخدم إصدارًا محدثًا من التطبيق، والرد على شكاواك ومقترحاتك، والوفاء بالتزاماتنا القانونية كجهة عمل.
5. مع من نشارك بياناتك
- داخل TAY: يرى مديرك المباشر وإدارة الموارد البشرية والحسابات ما تحتاجه أدوارهم فقط، وفق صلاحيات محددة.
- مزودو الخدمة: خدمة Google Firebase Cloud Messaging لتوصيل الإشعارات، ومزود استضافة الخوادم. يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا فقط.
- الجهات الرسمية عندما يلزمنا القانون بذلك (مثل التأمينات الاجتماعية والضرائب).
6. حماية البيانات
تنتقل كل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفر (HTTPS). يُحفظ رمز الدخول في التخزين الآمن للجهاز، ويقتصر الوصول إلى البيانات داخل الشركة على الصلاحيات اللازمة لكل دور.
7. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال مدة عملك، وبعدها للمدة التي تفرضها قوانين العمل والضرائب والتأمينات الاجتماعية. يُحذف رمز الإشعارات عند تسجيل الخروج.
8. حقوقك وحذف الحساب
يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وطلب حذفها، وفق القانون المصري لحماية البيانات الشخصية رقم 151 لسنة 2020. يمكنك تعديل بعض بياناتك من شاشة “حسابي”، أو مراسلتنا على ziyad@taypharmacies.com. لحذف حسابك أرسل طلبك من البريد المسجل لديك، وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا. قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات (مثل الرواتب) للمدة التي يلزمنا بها القانون. عند انتهاء العمل يتم إيقاف الدخول إلى الحساب.
9. الأطفال
التطبيق مخصص للموظفين والمتدربين فقط، وليس موجّهًا للأطفال.
10. التعديلات والتواصل
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة وسننشر أي تعديل على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث. لأي استفسار: Tay Group — ziyad@taypharmacies.com.
TAY HRM Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
TAY HRM is the internal HR app for employees and trainees of TAY pharmacies, operated by Tay Group (“we”). It is only for people whose account was created by TAY HR; accounts cannot be created from within the app.
2. Data we process
- Account and employment details: name, email, phone number, employee (SoftTech) ID, national ID, job title, branch or department, direct manager and hire date.
- Emergency contact, if you add one.
- Profile photo, if you choose to upload one from your photo library.
- Work records: leave requests and balances, payslips and their line items, penalties and rewards, transfers, complaints and suggestions you submit, and shipments you handle.
- Device and app data: push-notification token, platform (Android or iOS), device model name, app version, and when you last used the app.
- Server logs such as IP address and request time, for security and troubleshooting.
3. What we do not collect
- No location, no contacts, and no photos other than one you pick yourself.
- No advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking, and we never sell your data.
- Fingerprint and Face ID are checked entirely on your device by the operating system. We never receive biometric data.
4. Why we use it
To run your employment (leave, payroll, penalties and rewards, transfers), send you notifications and announcements, keep your account secure, make sure you are on a supported app version, answer your complaints and suggestions, and meet our legal obligations as your employer.
5. Who we share it with
- Within TAY: your manager, HR and accounting see only what their role requires, under defined permissions.
- Service providers: Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications, and our server hosting provider. They process data only on our behalf.
- Authorities when the law requires it (for example social insurance and tax).
6. Security
All data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your sign-in token is kept in the device’s secure storage, and access inside the company is limited to what each role needs.
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as you work with us, and afterwards for as long as labour, tax and social insurance law requires. Your push token is deleted when you sign out.
8. Your rights and account deletion
You may access, correct and request deletion of your data, in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. You can edit some details from the Profile screen, or email ziyad@taypharmacies.com. To delete your account, email us from your registered address and we will reply within 30 days. Some records, such as payroll, may be kept for as long as the law requires. Access to the account ends when your employment ends.
9. Children
The app is for employees and trainees only and is not directed at children.
